If you really want to change something experts agree you have to develop the habit in a period of 21 to 42 days. But, sometimes it's more than just making it a habit. Sometimes you have to actually let in settle into your soul until you believe it deeply.
My experience has shown me that my clients do best when they change several aspects of their lives at once. This might seem counter intuitive, but actually it's not. It is a way to start seeing "the new you" as a whole new person. Don't get me wrong.
